By signing below, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, Insurance/Loss Damage Waiver Requirements. Any damages that occur due to misuse will result in additional charges. Damage waiver is 10% of your total rental, with $1000.00 deductible per occurrence. The Damage Waiver is Non-refundable. The Damage Wavier can be waived if you provide us with proof of insurance. It's important to CALL 811 BEFORE YOU DIG. By not calling, you risk costly property damage, explosion or fire, power or utility service interruptions, injury or even death. You acknowledge under no circumstances, will CNY be responsible for any damage, injury or death as a result of such occurrence. ALL weekend rentals must be returned by Monday 8AM for weekend rates to apply. Rental equipment should be returned clean, full of fuel and in good condition or additional fees will apply.
